SHAKIR - Soft Rock Vocal Instrumental Duo

Originally formed in the early 90's as a semi-professional 5 piece live band, Shakir quickly earned a reputation throughout club land with it's professional and talented live soft rock show.

After a successful start the band re-formed to become a 3 piece professional trio with three lead vocals with music from Bon Jovi, Cher, Meatloaf, Tina Turner, Bryan Adams, Starship, Gary Moore and many many more rock favourites.

In 2009, Travis, one of the original members, and Jo revived Shakir, bringing back all the Rock classics, still featuring live vocals and guitar.

Shakir uses a professional Db 6.5 PA System and a fully computerised audio and lighting system to reproduce a dynamic sound and visual show.
